Stefanshof Rotes Cuvée Spätlese 2018 9,5% Vol. 0,75l

The Stefanshof is not only known for the breeding of Lippizaner horses, but also for its noble wines. Since 1890 viticulture has been carried out on the farm. Today the vineyards cover 84 hectares. Since 1998 the Stefanshof is under the management of Stefan Haller.

This cuvée with a grandiose and clearly noticeable residual sweetness is made up of the two varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

In the nose very delicate, fruity aromas with a pleasant sweetness. On the palate clear, sweet structure. Long lasting finish.
