The distillation process 'Batch Kettle Still' is originally from Canada and was or is used for whisky.
This unique distillate from Sugarcane Honey matures in casks of American white oak, which had previously been used to store Bourbon and Scotch.
The result is a tasty, complex rum with a medium body.

Colour: Dark gold.
Nose: complex, sweet, fruity, vanilla, notes of cherries, strawberries, bananas.
Taste: Well balanced, sweet, ripe tropical fruit.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth, sweet.
