After aging it is mixed and homogenized to let the flavors and aromas enrich and soften until the perfect balance is achieved. 

Its flavor is smooth, with a touch of sweetness; its color is bright golden with honeyed reflections, the result of its intense aging. Its aroma is something sweet, very rich and with character.
