ALDEA Caña Pura Rum preserves the essence and freshness of recently cut sugar cane. 

From the fields to the still, the sugar cane grows and matures slowly in the ground until the best aromas and flavors are obtained. It is considered revolutionary in the world of Rums because it is the first time that sugar cane is selected from the same farm, fermented and distilled independently of any other production. 

That is why it is an innovation. 

This Rum is very fruity and fresh on the palate.

Aldea Cana Pura is a pure cane juice rum produced in a limited edition. 

It is in fact a vintage: the sugar cane was harvested exclusively in 2012. The canes were carefully selected at the Los Castaños farm, owned by the Quevedo family. Fermentation and distillation were carried out independently of the rest of the rum production. This is a limited edition and each bottle is numbered. 

Aldea Cana Pura White Rum can be enjoyed neat, at room temperature or chilled.
