This rum is made from the finest sugar cane, which comes from the Canary Islands.
Instead of molasses, freshly pressed sugar cane juice is used for fermentation.
The Ron Aldea FAMILIA Gran Reserva de Edición Limitada matures for 15 years in French Allier oak barrels.
