West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey IRISH IPA CASK FINISH 40% Vol. 0,7l

A blended whiskey that is comprised of 75% grain and 25% malt, initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. 

Resulting in a full flavoured whiskey with notes of nuts, roasted malt and sweet undertones. 

Tasting notes:

Aromas (without water): Mildly hoppy with sweet undertones.

Palate (without water): Roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
