The aroma of Absinthe Naturelle is herbal with a predominant scent of anise and coriander. The taste is slightly bitter after the herbal extract of wormwood, mint and coriander. Coriander fruits are macerated for several months before being added to the final product so that they no longer change the taste of the product.
