Gin subjected to four distillation processes in century-old stills following the traditional English system. For its preparation, botanical ingredients have been used such as juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, almond peel, lemon peel, orris root powder, licorice root powder, cassia bark, orange blossom, sweet orange, hand of Buddha and orange blossom.

Tasting notes: On the nose we find very intense and delicate aromas, with citrus notes of Mano de Buda and sweet orange predominating, accompanied by spicy and earthy notes from the seeds, highlighting juniper and cardamom, which are wrapped with a finish of floral notes of orange blossom. In the mouth, the special citrus notes are expressed, leaving very soft memories and a very pleasant persistence. In Gin Tonic it is very elegant, fragrant and persistent.

Consumption preference: as the protagonist of the classic Gin Tonic, it is presented as an exquisite and subtle gin, clearly expressing the delicate aromatic notes of the botanicals, among which citrus fruits stand out. It is especially recommended to add a little Buddha's hand zest. It is also an exquisite gin with the new versions of the Gin Tonic that include, for example, cucumber, juniper grains or licorice.
