The fresh fermented marc comes from selected suppliers. 

At low temperature (a little more than 100°), volatile components are extracted from the marc mass without damaging its aromatic components. 

The prudent section of the first run (testa) from the second run (coda) can only be carried out by an experienced master distiller. 

The ageing in stainless steel tanks for at least one year gives this grappa a better balance compared to the freshly distilled one.

• Nose: Intense yet fine, fresh. 
• Taste: Elegant, intense. 
• Finish: Long lasting, pleasant.
