The Scallywag is inspired by Douglas Laing’s fox terrier. Fox terriers are known for being sweet and rather mischievous dogs.
The design of this bottle emphasizes this background idea.
And Scallywag also means «little rascal.»
This Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky is matured in Oloroso sherry casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts and is bottled at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration.
Limited to 4,200 bottles worldwide.

Nose: Fruity, spicy.
Taste: Spicy, after toffee sauce.
Finish: Long lasting, warming.
