In one of the oldest sparkling wine cellars in Spain, this original Cava is produced according to the 'Método Tradicional' in classic bottle fermentation.
Selected and coordinated top wines from the heart of the Cava region as well as a long maturing period give it its unmistakable temperament.
This Cava reaches its maturity after nine months of storage on the yeast. Characteristic for it: the white-matted bottle.

Tasting notes:

A fruity Cava from a cuvée of selected top wines. The Freixenet Carta Nevada Semi Seco is characterized by its fruity and fresh body. Here Spanish temperament meets sensual, sparkling passion. The traditional ambassador from the house of Freixenet has been produced unchanged since 1941 using the traditional method. It matures on the yeast for at least nine months before it reaches its optimum quality.

Grape varieties: Xare-lo, Macabéo, Parellada.
Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.

The CARTA NEVADA Semi Seco goes very well with appetizers and sweet desserts.
