A traditionally bottle-aged cava that reaches optimum quality after twelve to eighteen months of aging.

Pale strawberry red with a fine perlage in the glass. In the nose concise aromas of cassis and blackberries. At the palate tangy-fruity and long lasting finish.

Ageing time: 10 months.
Residual sweetness: 29 g/l.
Acidity: 5,4 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 6-8 °C.
