Master Distiller Billy Walker has carefully selected a range of casks for this bottling.
The name "OCTAVES Classic" was chosen because the whiskey matures in octave casks made from staves of a used barrel about 1/8 the size of a butt.
The bottling is done in natural color and without chill filtration.

Colour: mahogany.
Nose: Candied pears, mangoes, strawberry sorbet, coffee, wood, peanuts.
Taste: Smooth, fruity, jelly candy, chocolate, caramel, mangoes, pineapple, cedar.
Finish: Long lasting, peanut brittle.
