A selection of different grape varieties from Friuli Venezia Giulia forms the basis of this grappa.
The marc, which is obtained from the distillation of the grapes, is gently distilled in copper kettles.
Furthermore, this grappa is refined by rectification in milder column stills.
Finally, the Grappa di Julia Invecchiata matures for 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it its golden colour and soft aroma.
