Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka 43% Vol. 0,7l

The producers of Dumshanbo Gunpowder Gins have launched a new vodka creation. 

A multi-distilled spirit made from Irish grain, refined with the fruit of the Sausage Tree, also known as Kigelia Africana, and spiced up with Irish nettles.

The Sausage Tree is called Liver Sausage Tree because its fruits look like liver sausages.

The Liver Sausage Tree belongs to the Trumpet Tree family and is mainly found in the West of Africa.

• Color: Clear.
• Nose: Slightly noticeable spicy notes, cereals.
• Flavour: Sweetish, soft, fine, slightly bitter notes, of green spices.
• Finish: Long lasting.
