It is produced in the traditional Casa Sauza in Tequila, Jalisco (Mexico) - one of the oldest and most renowned distilleries in the country, founded in 1873. Sauza Hacienda Plata is made from the heart of the blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber Azul), which thrives in the fertile soils of Jalisco. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked, fermented and then distilled twice to obtain a particularly pure, fresh and light tequila. This clear, unaged variant ("Plata") expresses the natural, sweet and spicy taste of the agave in a particularly unadulterated way.

With an alcohol content of 35% vol., Sauza Hacienda Tequila Plata is pleasantly mild and balanced - ideal for connoisseurs who prefer a smooth, aromatic tequila variant.
