Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona SpA is located in the heart of Piedmont, more precisely in Piobesi d'Alba, in the very region where some of the finest Piedmontese wines originate. It is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Piedmont, which gives it a special place in Italian distilling culture.

Due to this long tradition and its historical value, Sibona holds the prestigious "Licenza di Distillazione No. 1." This rare distilling license is awarded by the Italian tax authorities only to distilleries that stand out for their exceptional history and consistent quality. Distilleria Sibona thus embodies not only artisanal excellence but also the legacy of a centuries-old tradition that continues in the production of top-quality products.

Sibona's Uvedilanga is an outstanding grape brandy characterized by its round body and intense fruity notes. Its production is primarily made from vinified Moscato grapes from the renowned Langhe region, with the grape skins also being incorporated into the process. After a long and slow fermentation, distillation follows immediately to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes.

The grape brandy is gently distilled in copper stills in a water bath, resulting in a particularly gentle processing. The young Uve di Langa then rests for an extended period in stainless steel containers, allowing it to develop its characteristic balance and aroma. This process ensures a grape brandy of the highest quality and purity.
