The Master Distiller Hans Kemenater uses barley and spring water from Sylt for distillation.

Colour: honey yellow.
Nose: vanilla, caramel, roasted almonds, oak.
Taste: Full, peaty, salty, strong, herbs, spices.
Finish: Long lasting, with hints of pepper and nutmeg.
