In 1823 the Strathmill grain mill was founded, but only in 1891 was it converted into a distillery.

The 12 year old whisky belongs to the Flora & Fauna series.

Colour: gold.
Nose: Soft, fruity, grassy, nuts, herbs, apples.
Flavour: silky, nutty, slightly oily, winter spices, vanilla pudding.
Finish: Long lasting, soft and slightly peppery.
