The Tacama Demonio de los Andes Italia Pisco is a high-quality and aromatically intense pisco from Peru, made exclusively from the noble Italia grape - a particularly fruity grape variety that is known for its floral character. This pisco is produced by Tacama, the oldest winery in South America, which can look back on over 400 years of history and is now one of the most renowned producers in Peru.

The name Demonio de los Andes refers to the legendary Franciscan Francisco de Carabantes, who planted the first vines in Peru in the 16th century. The pisco is distilled using the traditional pot still method, without maturation and exclusively from the fermented juice of the Italia grape - without the addition of water or sugar. The result is a clear, authentic spirit with a strong connection to the terroir and an alcohol content of 40% by volume.
