The Ai-Misen sake is produced in Chugoku Jozo distillery in Japan. The distillery distills besides sake and fruit liqueur also shochu and whisky.

Ichidai MISEN Ginjyo Japanese Sake has a clear color with slightly silvery reflections. The nose reveals elegant aromas of white flowers, ripe apple and a subtle note of rice, accompanied by a hint of melon and subtle umami. On the palate, it is soft and supple with a harmonious balance of fruity nuances of pear, honeydew melon and a slight sweetness that is balanced by a pleasant acidity. The finish is medium-long and refreshing with a fine mineral note and a gentle umami finish.

Serve the Ai-misen sake cold between 5-7°C and drink it with grilled fish.
