This 15-year matured Bunnahabhain single malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in a limited edition in 2025. At 55.9% vol., naturally non-chill-filtered and in natural color, this Limited Release 2025 retains its full intensity and texture.

The cask maturation is at the heart of this Bunnahabhain TURAS MATH No. 1. Part of the distillate matured for a full 15 years in manzanilla sherry casks from Jerez, which underline the classic, maritime house style. This was supplemented with spirit that was first aged for 10 years in refill barrels and then finished for 5 years in Amarone wine barrels from Veneto. This masterful marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez, creates an Islay single malt with sherry and Amarone cask maturation that combines coastal elegance with Italian warmth. Matured in the coastal warehouses of Bunnahabhain, shaped by sea air and time, this bottling stands for depth, contrast and complex structure.
