In the glass, Château Cissac Haut-Médoc 2017 presents itself in a deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of blackcurrants, cherries and plums, accompanied by subtle notes of cedar wood, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it is powerful with a beautiful freshness and fine tannins. Aromas of dark berries, cassis and dried herbs are complemented by an elegant spiciness and fine roasted aromas. The finish is long and harmonious with a hint of chocolate and black pepper.
