The Château Sociando-Mallet estate, located in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, has been synonymous with excellent quality and deeply structured wines with ageing potential for decades. The 2019 vintage benefits from optimal climatic conditions, which allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. The cuvée is traditionally based on a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives it its powerful structure, while Merlot and Cabernet Franc provide elegance and fruity depth. Sylvie Gautreau, the daughter of the late Jean Gautreau, continues the tradition of the house with particular dedication and brings her flair for great Bordeaux wines to this fine wine.

With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., this wine is powerful and concentrated, yet wonderfully balanced. Maturation in oak barrels gives it additional complexity and fine roasted aromas.
