The result is a finely balanced premium gin that combines Irish craftsmanship with South American flair and delights with its fruity, fresh aroma.

As with the classic Gunpowder Gin, 12 hand-picked botanicals are used, including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange and grapefruit peel as well as the characteristic Gunpowder Tea - a Chinese green tea that gives the gin its distinctive spiciness and depth. The refinement with Brazilian pineapple ensures a harmonious balance of freshness, exotic sweetness and a subtle spicy character. The gin is produced in small batches using the traditional copper pot still method, which guarantees precision and purity.
