Hödl Hof HEIDELBEERE Blueberry Juice Liqueur 20% Vol. 1l

Between orchards and vineyards is the veteran distillery of Hödl Hof.

The quality of the brandies is ensured by a 300-liter rough-fired boiler and a 200-liter fine-fired boiler made of pure copper.

The fruit grown on the farm is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellar, where it is gently fermented under temperature control. 

For generations, double distillation has been carried out according to old Styrian tradition.

Only the high-proof heart of it is taken and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel.

After harvesting, the ripe fruit is immediately processed and gently juiced. 

The fine juice of the blueberry is mixed with wheat grain and left to rest for some time. 

The liqueur is now only refined with lemon and then bottled.
The blueberries used come from the Styrian Almenland.
