Very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

Its nose is rich with notes of candied fruit: apricot, peach, melon, followed by notes of toasted almond, butterscotch, coffee and cloves. The palate is superb and comforts the nose: a broad and warm attack admirably lines the palate. Its softness and viscosity further accentuate the length in the mouth of this vintage.
