This second single malt release from the newly reopened Mars Tsunuki Distillery brings forward a subtle peatiness that was hidden in The First.  

Water from Mt. Kurata brings a soft & delicate yet heavy water to the distillery that is perfectly reflected in the mouthfeel.

TASTING NOTES

Hints of peated honey on the nose are followed by crisp green apple, fresh mint & buttered banana on the palate.  

A sweet & smokey yellow fruit notes linger long after.
