The Polz winery is located in southern Styria. The geographical location of the winery is ideal for viticulture. 

The good balance between sunshine hours and precipitation, as well as the nature of the soil are decisive for the production of high-quality wine.

Tasting notes:

Brilliant greenish yellow in the glass. In the nose and on the palate very fine aromas of brioche, finely spicy and juicy. Long-lasting finish. 

Grape variety: Chardonnay. 

Drinking temperature: 4-6 °C.
