Zacapa 23 Centenario Gran Reserva, one of the most renowned and best-known rums in the world, is produced by the Guatemalan rum brand Zacapa, which was founded in 1976. The rum is produced in the highlands of Guatemala, where the cool climate and high altitude create optimal conditions for maturation. The sugar cane used, which grows on fertile volcanic soil, gives the rum a distinctive flavor profile that sets it apart from other varieties.
