Palate: Soft, elaborate, persistent and enjoyable.
Rhubarb, cinnamon and other herbs and spices notes. Long and slightly bitter aftertaste.
Serving temperature: About 8° C
Tasting suggestions: Excellent on the rocks as an aperitif even in the spritz version and as an essential ingredient for a variety of cocktails like Americano, Negroni and others.
