It comes from the single-field "Rancho Capulín," located at an altitude of approximately 2,185 meters and known for its particularly fertile red soils and sunny climate. These special conditions characterize the agaves and give the tequila an intense and unique flavor profile that is distinctly different from other single-estate bottlings.

Like all Ocho tequilas, Plata Capulín is produced using traditional methods. The blue Weber agaves are carefully harvested by hand, slowly cooked in stone ovens, then gently milled and double distilled. Bottled immediately after distillation, the tequila remains unadulterated and conveys the pure essence of the agave and the terroir.

With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, the Ocho Plata Capulín impresses with its freshness, depth, and authenticity.
