Ardmore's Travel Retail bottling matured in three types of casks. Besides Bourbon Barrels, Quarter Casks and Puncheons were also used for aging.

Colour: Light amber.
Nose: notes of ginger, cherries, honey, burnt sugar, hints of cereals, bananas.
Flavour: notes of vanilla, smoke, caramelised sugar, hints of toasted barley.
Finish: Long lasting.
