The passion for wines discovered the founder of the brand Canella Luciano Canella already in his childhood, when he took care of the entire wine assortment in the restaurant of his parents. In 1947 Canella realized his dream and founded the company Casa Vinicola Canella. The brand quickly became popular and increasingly gained customers. In the 1980s, Canella specialized in sparkling wines and sparkling wines.

The DOC seal of quality guarantees that only wines from the Conegliano wine-growing region, which covers a good 3,000 hectares, are used for this Prosecco.

This dry light spumante from Conegliano, a small town in the heart of the picturesque Marca Trevigiana countryside in the province of Treviso, is made from 100% Glera grapes (Prosecco) and then fermented in France developed and refined in the Veneto "Méthode Charmat". It preserves the fruity bouquet and produces a fine, particularly persistent perlage. 

Tasting notes:

White in the glass. Uniform, fine perlage. On the nose a scent of fruity and floral notes. Elegant and mild on the palate. Long lasting and dry finish.

Residual sugar: 17,0 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.

This wine is excellent as an aperitif as well as with fish and as a dessert accompaniment.
