Before the different whiskies are combined they mature separately in oak barrels. 

The second aging period is for 2 years in single use Bourbon casks.

Colour: Strong gold.
Nose: Toasted, vanilla, pecans, walnuts.
Taste: Aromatic, elegant, caramel, vanilla, spices.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth, elegant, melon, some pepper.
