This spirit is matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels; before being finishes in ex-peated malt casks. The strength of character is acquired over time and a sweet island smoke is revealed in this dark amber autumn gold spirit.

Turkish delight, fig syrup, tropical fruit salad, caramel, oranges, roast coffee beans, maple syrup and dark chocolate

CASK FINISH

Sweet island smoke is revealed in this dark amber autumn gold spirit. Matured for 21 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-peated malt casks
