Besides virgin casks, seasoned casks and sherry casks are also used.

Nose: Complex, fruity, caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, toasted oak.
Taste: Spicy, sweetish, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, dried fruit.
Finish: Long lasting, caramelised.
