This Scotch whisky is a special cask selection with caramel, vanilla and manuka honey flavors, served neat or on the rocks.

Amongst rows and rows of casks, one particular lot stood out; five, stacked casks which looked like a hen coop. These would become our special cask selection for The Broody Hen Scotch Whisky.

Serving over ice opens up the lighter and brighter notes of this Whisky. Sweet and citrus intertwine to create a distinctive aroma of toffee apple.
