This whisky matures for more than eleven years in first & second fill American Oak barrels. It receives the finish in Oloroso Sherry Puncheons. Not colored, not chill-filtered.

Tasting notes:

Color: Rich mahogany.
Nose: Cinnamon, roasted coffee beans, raisins, mocha, coconut flakes.
Taste: hints of sweet pickled figs, caramel brittle, heather honey, cinnamon, ginger.
Finish: Long lasting, dried candied fruit.
