Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the warehouses of the GlenAllachie distillery - he inspects around 50,000 barrels. It's not a job for the faint of heart, but it's time well spent, as his efforts are rewarded by excellent results.

The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH Vintage 2011 was initially matured in American oak casks, then Billy Walker selected a further three cask types of different character - Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheons, Madeira Barrique casks and Port Pipes.
