This single malt matures in first-fill Oloroso sherry barrels from the Spanish region of Jerez and is not cold filtered.

Nose: dried fruit, hints of caramel, spices.
Taste: Sweet, creamy, raisins, apricots, honey, notes of aniseed and cinnamon.
Finish: Long lasting, intense, sweet.
