The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley.
The distillation is done in copper pot stills.
The Single Malt is stored in former Oloroso Sherry Casks.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: honey, malt, mustard, dark chocolate, marzipan, fruit.
Taste: Clean, mild, complex, honey, malt, dried fruit, sweet oils.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth and woody.
