In 1840, Tom Cleary’s grandfather founded a liquor and wine shop in Ireland, this shop «The Temple Bar» is the foundation stone of today’s distillery.
This Signature Blend matures in Bourbon and finest Port wine barrels.

Colour: Light amber.
Nose: Lightly fruity, honey, spices, ripe red berries, plums.
Taste: Clear, fresh, soft, sweetish, honey, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, honey, wood.
