Rossj-Bass Langhe 2021 is made from 100 % Chardonnay. 

We can notice floral and fruity notes, enriched with honey and citrus. On the palate, the wine is strong, structured, elegant, surrounded by good acidity and long persistence.

Color : Bright yellow colour with green hints

Nose : Open and pleasant with floral, citrus and white fruit notes.

Mouth : Round and fruity, carried by a nice freshness. The finish is elegant with a good aromatic persistence.

Alcohol level : 13%

Winemaking : Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 to 7 months in barrels.

Food pairing : Carpaccio of scallops with citrus fruits; roasted sea bass, honey and citrus fruits, pecorino cheese
