The Kracher winery is located in Burgenland, in the Seewinkel region. The family business, which is under the management of Gerhard Kracher, specializes in sweet wines such as Beerenauslesen, Trockenbeerenauslesen and ice wines. In the vineyards are grown Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Traminer, Scheurebe, Muskat-Ottonel and also Zweigelt grapes. Due to the excellent climate and soil conditions, the harvest is always first class.

Tasting notes:

Light golden yellow with silver reflections in the glass. In the nose delicately nutty, fruity after yellow dried fruits, candied orange zest, herbal spice. On the palate juicy, complex, fruity of peaches, orange zest. Long dry finish.

Residual sugar: 235,1 g/l.

Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C.

Excellent with sweet dishes such as Kaiserschmarren with plum roast and liquid chocolate cake.
