The Tement Weissburgunder Ton & Mergel 2024 is an outstanding white wine that perfectly reflects the diversity and authenticity of southern Styria. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. and a bottle size of 0.75 liters, this single-varietal Pinot Blanc is an exquisite experience for all wine lovers.

The grapes come from vineyards with clay and marl soils - a combination that gives the wine a special minerality and complexity. After natural spontaneous fermentation and slow maturation on the fine lees, the wine is matured both in stainless steel tanks and in large wooden barrels, which gives the wine its fine structure and depth. The wine is sealed with a glass cork, which optimally preserves the aromas. With a maturation potential of 2025 to 2031, the Tement Weissburgunder Ton & Mergel shows that it will continue to gain in complexity and finesse over the coming years.

The Tement Weissburgunder Ton & Mergel has a clear, light yellow color with delicate green reflections in the glass. Fresh aromas of yellow apple and white currants unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of exoticism that lends the wine a fascinating depth. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a pithy, juicy acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the minerality of the terroir. The fresh fruit notes are underpinned by a pronounced, almost tangible minerality, which gives the wine a wonderful structure. The immense drinking flow ensures that this Pinot Blanc is incredibly stimulating and lively, with a long and refreshing finish.
