The Elyssia (Elysium) range, which means heavenly, was born with the 1997 harvest with the aim to create a modern cava, which blends the legendary Chardonnay with the typical cava varieties; fresh, universal and appetising. A premium bubbly for Chardonnay lovers. A truly interesting blend, which also contains a small percentage of Pinot Noir wine produced as “blanc de noirs”.

Elyssia Pinot Noir shows a lively raspberry pink, full in colour; and a mid-sized, persistent trail of tiny bubbles. This is a sparkler full of intensely ripe summer red fruit aromas due to the Pinot Noir – summer raspberries, red currants and cherries.
