Old amber in color, very aromatic on the nose and soft hazelnut notes on the palate.

Wine from biological aging under a veil of flor that, in a second stage, goes through oxidative aging. 100% palomino variety. It is made using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras in American oak barrels, and has an average age of 7 years.
