The glowing Fantôme (French for “phantom”) editions of our signature Gold, Rosé, Luxe, and Luxe Rosé cuvées feature luminescent labels that light up at the press of a button. The Fantôme is ideal for celebratory moments after dark and is available by the bottle or by the glass in nightclubs, lounges and restaurants.

Tasting notes:

Deep red sparkling rosé. Aromas of strawberries and notes of blackberries and blackcurrants emerge. Very complex on the palate. A subtle sweetness appears, followed by aromas of cherry blossom. A velvety texture on the palate.

Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah.

It is very popular as an aperitif or in cocktails.
