The Don Q brand takes its name from the world famous novel «Don Quixote» by the author Miguel Cervantes.
The Serralles family produces rum according to the old family tradition.
Before being bottled, it is aged in oak barrels for three years.
The sugar cane from their own plantations is used for the production.
